Graham Barber - Managing Director

Graham started as a Lift Apprentice at Marryat & Scott in 1971 before working his way up the ranks to National Escalator Manager. By this time, Marryat & Scott had been taken over by Kone Plc. Graham left Kone in 2003 and the same year, founded The Escalator Company UK Ltd. Subsequently, TEC Escalator Spare Parts was developed. Graham is an avid Spurs fan and season ticket holder.

Lee Barber - Director

Lee started his Escalator career under the guidance of Graham at Kone Plc in 1998. He has been with TEC since 2004 and now divides his time on site as a Senior Technician, Site Supervisor or running Escalator Spare Parts.com.

Kelly Lucas - National Operations Manager

Kelly is also a member of The Barber family who also started her career at Kone Plc after leaving school. After a 10 year stint in the Police, finishing as a fully trained Firearms Officer and “Bodyguard”, Kelly decided to join the family business in 2012.

Trevor Phelps - Major Projects Manager

Trevor joined TEC in 2014 after a 29 year career with Kone Plc as an engineer and Manager. With Trevor being an Arsenal fan – Monday mornings can be quite eventful.
