Our ability to deliver a professional service in all aspects of our work has contributed to our success and growth over the last few years. Through recommendations from past customers and our contacts within the industry, we have seen a continual increase in new clients for us since the company was formed in 2003. Perhaps one key aspect of our success is our belief that a job is only complete in our eyes when the customer’s needs have been met and all parties involved are 100% happy with the end result.

Our staff…

Our engineers are fully qualified and all have at least 8 years experience in the industry. We are also experienced in ALL types of manufacturer's machines including Otis, Thyssen, Kone, O&K, Schindler, Fiam and J&E Hall. We can fully refurbish all manufacturer's machines including adding Health and Safety upgrades.

Furthermore we pride ourselves on the fact that each and every member of The Escalator Company team is both friendly & approachable. All employees will be happy to answer any questions on-site or alternatively via telephone/email.
